Most of you know that everyday the tip of the Empire State Building shows a different color: red, blue, white, ...

What most of you won't know is that during New York University's Graduation day, it shows purple as it is the color of the university. Last June, I had the change of taking some pictures from our new building terrace.

I can't help it, I love NY at night.

There is a chart where you can select different countries to see evolution of the market. Pay attention to the following:

1) Price index
2) House prices compared with average income

Have a look to Spain compared with other markets like US. If this doesn't scare the hell out of you, I don't know what will. Maybe Hong-Kong will give you a good sense of what is to come in terms of prices going down for houses.

Reading in the subway

Today's NewYork Times has an article about "Reading in the subway". That's something that I love, it is part of being a NewYorker. Use that time away from phones, internet, work, home, ... to just read.

My 2 cents to the article would be correcting the underlying assumption that there are no more kindles because there is no internet connection. That's ridiculous. One of the beauties of the Kindle is that you don't need internet to use it. I read all my books on it and love it.
